I bring real-life experiences to my practice of law.  I am a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. I served more than ten years on active duty and in the Army Reserve assigned to the 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division at Fort Campbell, the 6th Infantry Division in Alaska, and the 78th Division (Training) in New Jersey. I am Airborne/Ranger qualified and received an honorable discharged having obtained the rank of Captain.  I spent two years in a corporate work environment while attending Seton Hall University School of Law at night.

From sophisticated corporate clients to “mom and pop” businesses to individual clients, I stand ready to help clients succeed in business litigation with a focus on keeping costs in check, protecting your rights and your company's business interests.

Recognizing that not all business disputes result in or need to result in litigation, I work with clients to understand the business relationship between the parties and develop a course of action that attempts to maintain that relationship -- consistent with the client’s desires -- while resolving the dispute without resorting to litigation.  An amicable resolution of a dispute saves all parties involved both time and money and often can assist in continuing the business relationship.
